Boomplay x Itel: Power Up Your Life Fest

THE CHALLENGE

Boomplay and Itel needed a campus activation that did more than put up banners. A real festival, with brand booths, a full performance lineup, and the scale to put both brands directly in front of a 10,000-strong student audience.

WHAT PHIZ DID

Commune Craft ran the full event on the ground: stage and backstage management, overall event management, talent management for the six-act lineup, and live show calling throughout. Phiz Talent supplied the on-stage anchors for the day, Toby Shang as official host and DJ Bellami as official DJ, keeping the show moving across performances and brand activation moments alike.

THE OUTCOME

A clean, fully produced festival-format activation for 10,000+ attendees, combining a six-act commercial lineup with brand booth activations for both sponsors, delivered without disruption to either the performance schedule or the brand experience.
