Monet All-Star Concert

THE CHALLENGE
What began as a planned neighbourhood carnival was rebuilt into a full concert, the debut event for Monet Entertainment Records, a brand-new entertainment company with no prior track record. The show required coordinating artists across multiple labels and management teams, and it was staged on Lagos's mainland axis, in a location where security needed to be treated as a first-order production concern rather than an afterthought.
WHAT PHIZ DID
Commune Craft delivered full production: a Run of Show spanning 7PM to 4AM across six phases, 47 sound cues, and four backstage zones (A-D), alongside a purpose-built, high-level security format for the venue and location. ArtyFlicks handled full media production. Phiz Talent's Toby Shang led the show as lead host.
THE OUTCOME
A sold-out debut for a first-time entertainment company, delivered with zero delays and full timeliness, strong enough to secure a confirmed repeat booking for Monet Entertainment Records' next edition in November/December 2026.
