THE CHALLENGE

DJ Bellami is one of Nigeria's most in-demand DJs. But playing other people's stages is different from commanding your own. The brief was to build and execute a full headline concert for a DJ as the sole headliner, in a format that could hold a crowd of 5,000+ and stand as a genuine landmark moment in Bellami's career.

WHAT PHIZ DID

This was a full-Phiz production. Commune Craft led event production and stage management for the night. As a Phiz Talent project, the whole company moved for it: production, talent coordination, and on-ground execution all running under one team. Guest performances from Hyce, Ashidapo, 1da Banton, Toby Shang, and a number of notable DJs were woven into the run of show to support the headline energy without taking over it.

THE OUTCOME

A 5,000+ crowd at the Honors Hall Car Park, UNILAG, for what stands as DJ Bellami's first headline concert as a DJ. Clean execution, a strong lineup, and a career-defining night for one of the artists on the Phiz Talent roster.
